Shipping & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help:

• Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Reach out with your order reference and we'll arrange a pickup or exchange.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Made-to-order and personalised items are not eligible for return unless defective.

This is our general policy — some products (e.g. made-to-order or final-sale items) carry their own return terms. Check the "Return Policy" section on that product's page before ordering.
